Travel related
1. Students who travel to conferences on grants and contracts must fill out
a travel authorization form 3 weeks prior to travel for travel within the
United States and 2 months before travel for international travel. See forms
link for further details.
2. After the student returns from travel fill out reimbursement voucher and
provide all receipts. See UAhsv travel policy guidelines under the Forms
link.
3. ATS does not have any control over how quickly reimbursement happens.
Typically travel forms are forwarded to the Dean's office 3 to 5 days after
