Team Projects: ASEF 2012 accepts team projects. Team projects are defined as any project with two and no more than three contributing student members. All team projects compete in their appropriate categories.

Judging: Judging will take place on Friday, April 1st. The time for your Division's judging is listed in the student agenda. Students are encouraged to stand by their projects to answer questions from the judges. If a student is not present to defend their work, the project will be graded down by the judges with a score of zero for oral presentation. This procedure for judging the oral defense of the research will affect the category placement of the project but will not eliminate a student from the competition.

Special Awards Banquet: The ASEF Special Awards Banquet will be held at the von Braun Center (VBC) in downtown Huntsville (see the von Braun Center web page for directions) on Friday evening, April 1st. See the student agenda for the time. Please have your ticket ready.

Grand Awards Ceremony: The ASEF Grand Awards Ceremony will be held on Saturday morning, April 2nd in the UAH Administrative Science Building  on Ben Graves Drive, UAH campus. See the student agenda for the time.
